Mangystau Oil and Gas Exhibition commences on 6 November 2012
The 7th Mangystau Oil, Gas & Infrastructure Exhibition will take place on 6 – 8 November 2012 in Aktau, Kazakhstan.
This year, the exhibition has increased by 12 percent with 91 companies taking place from Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia and Romania, among others.
This growth has been influenced by increased investment and production activities in the Mangystau region, including: hydrocarbon extraction; construction of major oil and gas pipelines; implementation of new power generation capacity; telecommunication infrastructure; new port facilities.
The exhibition provides a platform for service providers to showcase their latest solutions. Participating companies include: producers of drill pipes, instruments and systems; manufacturers of pipeline valves; and many others.
Key participants include: Karazhanbasmunai, Ozenmunaygas, MAERSK Oil Kazakhstan, MangystauMunaiGas, Karakudukmunay and the Engineering Centre of KazMunayGas, among others. The Romanian national group will showcase oil equipment, and the Italian national group will demonstrate gas and liquid filters.
A section of the exhibition will be dedicated to the construction industry with presentations from: paint producers; suppliers of road construction, earth-moving and lifting equipment; diesel power stations; companies producing building and finishing materials.
A round table will also be hosted by KazMunayGas and the City of Zhanaozen as part of a programme for developing partnerships. It will focus on organising production and procuring goods and services which address the needs of the region’s oil and gas sector.
The Mangystau Oil, Gas & Infrastructure Exhibition will take place at the Grand Nur Plaza Hotel & Convention Centre. Visitor registration opens from 10:00 to 18:00 on 6 - 7 November 2012, and from 10:00 to 16:00 on 8 November 2012
